If you feel something is beneath you…ego
Its not your job….ego

Point #2: Poor leadership stems from Ego issues
No one person is greater than the team
Delegating needs to let the person see the task to completion

Point #3: Change….Impossible
Change happens when you do things differently
To get a different result, a different action must take place

Ego Boss: Kill with Kindness. Flank for success.

Ego Worker: Appeal to their strengths. Give ownership by giving them the responsibility to solve the issue they have.
